Wedding & Events at Branford House
At the Branford House, you select the caterer, florist, music, linens, and color scheme – all of the important elements to make your event a unique expression of your style. Our experienced, on-site event coordinator will help make all of the arrangements for your special event. They will work with you or your event planner to select the best floor plan and various facility details.
We offer a full list of caterers, florists, disc jockey, bands, limousine services, tent rentals, and many other products and services you may need. There are more than 50 hotels within seven miles of the mansion, offering amenities such as pools, golf courses, and spa services. Religious ceremonies may be held at the Branford House, or there are more than a dozen churches nearby.
The Venue
At the Branford House, the Grand Ballroom, East Wing, and West Wing rooms comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests for a full-course dinner or buffet. For events hosting more than 200 guests, we suggest a tent on the lawn featuring spectacular water views. Should you choose a garden venue, cocktails can be served on the bluestone patio with a buffet-style dinner directly adjacent, perhaps beneath a billowing tent, giving you and your guests full oceanside views of stunning sunsets and moonlit waters. On the lower level, your caterer will find a full-service kitchen facility where the most elegant and scrumptious of culinary delights can be prepared.
We can provide dining tables and chairs for parties up to 200, as well as the use of our grand piano for professional pianists.
